See the Maine Most Visitors Drive Past

You do not need a rifle or a rod to see the best of Maine. Logging roads are unmarked, cell service disappears and the best views are not on any map. A Registered Maine Guide is how you see the real North Woods without worrying about where you are.

We know where the moose feed at dusk, which trails offer the best fall foliage and how to navigate the rivers safely. Every trip is built for families, couples, photographers and anyone who simply wants to be out in it.

Three of Maine’s most spectacular cascades in one day — including Moxie Falls, a 90-foot plunge into a rugged gorge, and Grand Falls, a horseshoe on the Dead River that feels like a small Niagara. We finish at Cold Stream Falls for a picnic.

The best way to see Maine is from the bow of a canoe. Calm sections of the Kennebec and remote ponds — no whitewater, no experience needed — drifting quietly past eagles, otters and deer coming down to drink.

What our clients say

This was one of my best trips with a guide. The view of the spots were just beautiful. Great day with a wonderful lunch. I went back to the spot and caught a couple nice trout with a few tricks you showed me.
